Get to Know Her

Darbi is a Louisiana communications and multimedia specialist.

Currently pursuing her bachelor’s in Mass Communications and Media Studies at Louisiana Tech University and is expected to graduate in November 2025. She holds the position of Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, where she regularly applies her photography, graphic design, and communication skills. She is leading a website redesign for the chamber and updating all brand materials, such as business cards, membership forms, and email marketing assets. Additionally, Darbi writes press releases, develops email marketing campaigns, and co-manages all social media platforms.

Her future plans include improving her photography and graphic design skills and expanding her knowledge of marketing and communication best practices. She also aims to get certified in industry standards like Google, Adobe, and search engine optimization.

With a huge passion for the outdoors, arts, aviation, STEM, and behavioral/mental health, she considers herself to have diverse interests that could benefit a handful of industries.
